Terms and Conditions for DayZ Multi Tool Discord Bot

Thank you for using DayZ Multi Tool ("the Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Bot.

License to Use the Bot
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Bot for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

User Conduct
You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You will not:

Use the Bot in any way that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms;
Use the Bot to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or other form of solicitation;
Use the Bot to impersonate or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Use the Bot to harm, threaten, or harass any person or entity;
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Bot or any servers or networks connected to the Bot; or
Use any automated means to access the Bot, unless expressly authorized by us in writing.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Bot and all content, materials, and intellectual property rights related to the Bot are owned by us or our licensors. You acknowledge that you have no right, title, or interest in or to the Bot, except for the limited license granted to you under these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE BOT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE BOT OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE BOT.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Bot, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Bot or these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we terminate these Terms, your license to use the Bot will automatically terminate. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Bot and delete all copies of the Bot from your device.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we are located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
